Faculty of Electrical & Computer Engineering
The Electronics department was opened in 1967, within the Technical Faculty at the University of Prishtina. In 1970, the Electronic Computing Centre within the Technical Faculty at Univeristy of Prishtina was established. Today, this Faculty offers studies under six departments:
- Automatics
- Computers
- Electronics
- Telecommunication
- Electro-engineering Systems
- Industrial Electronics
In 2001, the Faculty was renamed the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and curricula are in accordance with the Declaration of Bologna for Bachelor and Master Degrees.
The Faculty engages 27 full-time teachers and assistants and 41 part-time teachers and assistants.
